1.Comply with the ethics, relevant laws and regulations, and do not engage in questionable activities.
2.Define the authority, duty, access, and transmission path of intelligence in the organization.
3.In case of any violation, all mistakes must be honestly admitted, the issues must be resolved as soon as possible, and necessary steps must be taken to prevent any recurrence.
4.Constantly providing adequate educational training and subjective evaluation to the management team and employees.
5.According to the management policies and guidelines, all the employees should practice self- every year.

Shin Wu places great importance on and devotes ourselves to employee training and self-development since enhancing our employees' ability to their maximum is our goal.
The first 3 years of a new employee are an important period and they are given all assistance to help them to establish the basic concept of being a member of the organization and the society.
For employee who has worked at Shin Wu for 1-2 years, our education emphasizes on cultivating them to cope with problems and difficulties with determination, to maximize work efficiency and to think rationally.
For employee who has worked at Shin Wu for 4-5 years, our training focuses on enhancing their abilities to solve problems by responding and solving, and cultivating their ability to think for the overall business operation strategy.
For employee who has worked at Shin Wu for more than 6 years or has become part of the management, our training focuses on enhancing their management ability to identify and comprehensively solve the problems. Relevant training activities using On Job Training (OJT) help enhance their sales ability.

Shin Wu's goal is to raise our employee's environmental awareness, and we are dedicated to carrying out activities that will help preserve the environment.
Daily activities include setting the office temperature at 26°C, turning off the lights in unused areas (office, pantry, employee dormitory, etc.) during lunch break, setting the PC, printer, and photocopier in standby mode when leaving the seat, garbage sorting, using eco-friendly chopsticks and cups, and duplex printing and reusing paper to achieve the goal of environmental care and resource reuse.
